How long does it take for shipping?
Domestic Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 5-10 business days. Some items may be shipped separatley. Express 1-2 days is also available, faster shipping and handling time. Your preferred method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent via email or via text.
*Please note that all solid gold, diamond, or custom orders are made to order. These orders may take 10-15 business days to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance. They will be shipped via registered delivery and will include full insurance.*
I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?
No. There will be no payment of import tax on the 1 Call Away website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

What is the 1 Call Away confirmation number?
Immediately after placing your order we will send an email/text to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a 5-digit number you can use to reference your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
1 Call Away accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support Team.
You can also contact customer support live right from our store. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
- Please allow 10-15 business days after your exchange has been processed.
- 1 Call Away Store will provide a packaging slip for all returns.
- Refunds will not be granted on purchases made to order. (Custom Order)

How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.
Is your gold plating just like any other company's?
The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.
